Support Packages
These packages are designed to provide continuity in your visual communications, while helping you better plan your design needs and budget.
All packages are based on an annual agreement, paid monthly. Taxes are extra.
Graphic design requests are handled one at a time, according to the priorities we establish together. Monthly capacity is reserved for your business and does not carry over from one month to the next.
Major projects — such as logo design, a complete brand refresh, a full website, or a large-scale campaign — may require a separate estimate.
Essential
$900 / month
For business owners and small companies with regular but lighter design needs.
Up to 8 hours of design support per month
Includes
- Updates to existing documents;
- PowerPoint or Canva adjustments;
- One-pagers, service sheets, or simple documents;
- Basic visual adaptations;
- Brand guideline application;
- Print or digital file preparation;
- Two revision rounds per request;
- Typical response time of 1 to 2 business days.
Best if you have regular small design requests and want to stop managing everything one project at a time.
Growth
$1,650 / month
For growing businesses and small teams with several tools to create, improve, or align each month.
Up to 15 hours of design support per month
Includes
Everything in Essential, plus:
- Monthly planning meeting;
- PowerPoint presentation improvements or redesigns;
- Multi-page marketing documents;
- Sales tools and proposals;
- PowerPoint, Word, or Canva templates;
- Event, trade show, or campaign materials;
- French or English visual adaptations;
- Alignment of multiple existing tools.
Best if you need more support, better planning, and more consistent tools to support your business growth.
Signature
$2,500 / month
For businesses that want more strategic, priority support integrated into their marketing efforts.
Up to 20 hours of design support per month
Includes
Everything in Growth, plus:
- Priority access according to the agreement terms;
- Closer planning of ongoing requests;
- Support for important presentations and documents;
- RFPs, events, launches, or campaigns;
- Coordination with your team or partners, when applicable;
- Ongoing alignment of your visual tools;
- Quarterly review of graphic priorities;
- White-label support for agencies, when applicable.

How It Works
Simple onboarding
Each support plan starts with a guided onboarding process to establish your visual references and workflow.
This may include collecting your logos, colours, fonts, brand guidelines, existing tools, and first priority requests.
The goal is to start with a clear foundation, without adding a heavy management process.
Additional services on request
When a project requires other expertise, I can connect with or collaborate with trusted specialists in marketing and social media strategies, copywriting, editing, photography, video, web development, or print production.
These services are available on request, at an additional cost, and are not included automatically in the monthly packages.
Good to Know
Your monthly capacity is reserved for your business and does not carry over from one month to the next.
A quieter month can still be used to improve existing documents, update templates, align your tools, or prepare files for upcoming needs.
Out-of-scope requests, full marketing strategy, full copywriting, advanced web development, social media management, media buying, print costs, and unplanned urgent requests are not included unless agreed upon separately.
Packages are subject to the Designer's availability. Service descriptions, pricing, and terms shown on this website are provided as a summary only and may change without notice. The rights and obligations of both parties are governed exclusively by the written service agreement entered into at the time services are purchased.
